SHIPPING POLICY

At Vekoma, we believe in a global community. In honour of the launch of our Centenary collection, we have established a shipping policy that is inclusive and clear for our worldwide audience.

1. Worldwide Shipping We are proud to be shipping at a low rate. Shipping costs are €7.50 for European fans (shipping within the European Union (EU)) and €10 for the fan outside Europe (shipping outside the European Union (EU)).

2. The Centenary Pre-order Model Please note: Vekoma operates on a 100% pre-order model. We do not maintain active stock; instead, we produce the Centenary collection in a specific batch to guarantee the highest quality.

• Schedule: Orders placed now are scheduled for shipping in early September 2026.

• Patience for Quality: We appreciate your patience while we prepare your items with the utmost care and precision.

3. International Orders & Customs Fees Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local regulations.

• Responsibility: All customs fees, import duties, or local sales taxes are the full responsibility of the customer.

• Refused shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unexpected customs fees, the original shipping costs incurred by Vekoma and any storage fees will not be refunded.
